Renewal time and new cards

Dear members,

From the 1st October you can begin renewing your membership for the year to 31 Oct 2017. Just log in to the members area either by clicking the members tab at nzhgpa.org.nz or by following this link Join us.

Please pay using the online options if at all possible. Payments sent by bank transfer or by cheque can be accepted but they create a lot of extra work for our administrator at a busy time so please avoid them.

The new membership cards will come with a QR code on them that links to your online public profile. This contains your ratings and membership expiry date. This card will be a permanent card and will not need to be replaced unless lost, stolen, damaged or you need an update to get new ratings added. It is important that you carry this card at all times when flying and produce it on request. A simple phone app will scan the QR code and allow anyone to verify the membership status and expiry date. Here is an example of how they will look.



At the AGM held on the 17th September the club delegates and the executive voted for the following membership fees. Full member: $160 Early Payment discount applies until Oct 20

NZHGPA Membership Renewal

Its time to renew your NZHGPA membership.

If you renew a Full membership by 20th October you will receive a $20 early bird discount off the fee (but you must complete your payment by that date).

To renew or update your membership, log in to your profile at http://member.nzhgpa.org.nz/Sys/Profile with your email and password and follow suggested actions on your profile screen.

Membership Renewal - Is now working

So for all of you who have yet to renew.... get to it!!

We've had over 500 renewals so far... don't be the last to do it!

And, thanks for your messages, but unless it's urgent at this stage, please don't reply to this email as I have about a bazillion emails in my inbox!! :-)

Membership Renewal - Not working

For those of you who have been trying or are trying to renew your membership at the moment, we are aware that there is a problem with the process on the website.

We are doing everything we can to fix it as soon as possible and will post another notice as soon as we have the 'all clear' and it is ready to go again.

We apologise for the problem and hope to get back to you soon.

Membership renewal time is here once again

If you renew prior to 20 October 2014 you will receive an early bird discount of $20 which will be deducted from the amount you are told to pay - DO NOT DEDUCT A FURTHER $20!

If you pay by direct credit please remember to pay at the time of renewing to enable quick reconciliation at our end.

To renew online:

1. Click on Members/Members Database.
2. Log in with these details: Your PIN and Password. (You can change this to whatever you want after you log in) 
3. Change your address and other details if necessary. (It will auto save when you leave) 
4. Click renew membership and follow the instructions. 

Your new card will be sent to you ASAP - please be patient as there are more than 850 of you all trying to renew at the same time.

Please carry your card at all times when flying.
